Remi and Mario are on THE LIST

What list, you ask... the "you're in trouble now" list! Why? Because they both woke me up around 7:15a (way early for me, especially when I didn't get to sleep until after 4a!) Both he & Mario woke were going bonkers over something in the backyard. AND, Remi gave me the fright of my life!!

Because they wouldn't give up on whatever was out there, I send them out with their zappers, (invisible fence collars), on.

Few minutes later, I hear Mario (then Remi) barking out front, but within their fence area... When I looked to see what could have them riled up, I saw a lady walking her dog down the street! (For those who know where I live, you know how busy this street is!! YIKES!!)

Before I could put things down, I heard Mario yelp as if he got shocked. So, I knew that he at least was about to go after that dog.

Soon as I got to the back door, he was already running in... so, almost sure he got zapped!

But there was NO REMI!!  When I called for him, he wasn't coming... so, in my barefeet, I walk down the asphalt drive and get past the house & sure enough... he was already going down the street to chase after that lady. ARRGGHH!! Thankfully it was on the same side and not across!

Also, thankfully, soon as he saw me, he came running back!

Now they're both inside... the door to the mud room is blocked... and now they're both trying to sleep. ... and I am WIDE AWAKE!!

And have to wait until after 9a, before "Invisible Fence" is open, for me to call to get them out here to give us a new collar or something. (Plus, the hubby wants to extend the fence in the backyard... now that we own this house, we can!!)

SO glad my doctor appointment in Columbus was cancelled today... because I would have had to reschedule, after having only 3 hours sleep! No way would I have drove down there with that little of sleep!
